Shipping & Returns

We ship all over europe with Dutch TPGPost.
On email request we also ship using UPS the cost is around 50% more.
Shipping cost is calculated in the basket when you make an order, it shows automatically even before you confirm the order.
We provide the tracking information when available, so you can keep track of your shipment.
We reserve the right of changing the shipping charges if the difference with the actual cost is too high because wrong weight calculations or other data errors.

Orders are not final until payment is received.

Sales will be final after shipment

We do deliver good technical support as we test and use most products ourselves.

We have a repair service for DOAs and after sales service.

In case you decide you have to return the product, we have a "bring in" warranty, meaning you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back. We advise that returns are shipped with insurance.

If an order is returned for reasons of personal preference, we demand informative communication by email or phone. Return goods must be shipped in the original and protective packaging in a mint and unused condition, but because we were not at fault we are entitled by european law to charge administration, sales and shipping costs if not calculated and charged seperately on the original order. If the returned goods are returned in disputable condition we will take pictures and we recommend you to do the same so transport companies can be held responsible in any such case the damage is caused by them.

The return after delivery restocking fee (administration and sales cost) are 4% of the order amount below 500 euro inc VAT and 2% for orders above 500 euro incl VAT.

The cancelled before delivery after payment restocking fee (administration and sales cost) are 2% of the order amount below 500 euro inc VAT and 1% for orders above 500 euro incl VAT.

The cancelled before delivery and before payment restocking fee (administration and sales cost) are 1% of the order amount below 500 euro inc VAT and .5% for orders above 500 euro incl VAT.

International sales that are shipped outside of european EUR countries will be charged free of VAT meaning a 19 % discount.
